So, i don't know for how much longer I will have a job... I found out when I came in tonight that Steve had officially SOLD the Comfort Inn and some new people have bought it. Who knows if these people are going to keep the staff.... or tell us all to eff off. I so do not need this right now, not now that I have an $8000.00 loan to pay for.
Like, honestly thinking about this is making me nauseous and I have no one to talk to, to make me feel better. There's really only one person that I want to talk to, that can always no matter what make me feel better.... and you're at work, I'm thinking without your phone, cuz you haven't even responded to my text message. :s I just want you to tell me that everything will be ok...
Steve is such a petty bastard though, he cleaned out EVERYTHING. He walked out of here, and took all the extra stock [shampoo, soap, tooth paste etc.] all the breakfast crap [waffles, peanut butter, cereal etc.] he even took stationary [pens, paper, staplers, calculators etc.] And then of course all kinds of random shit [room key cards, all the employee files, ALL the money in the safe + the till - and the best part about the last one... he had already sold the hotel when that money came in, so it didn't even belong to him!]
I just can't stop thinking about how EXTREMELY FUCKED I'm going to be if I can't make my car payments... that will mess things up for sure, and then next time I need to borrow money for anything.... it will be T.F.B for me.
I guess on the plus side, my room is finally done, and my car is still sexy [let's hope I can keep on affording it]

What sense would it be to get an all new staff for these new owners? Especially for you because how many new midnight people has Steve himself gone through? And who is the only one who has toughed it out? you. It would cost these new owners more to train an all new staff [despite having a capable staff already at their fingertips] and that just wouldn;t make sense right?
Everything will be okay; don't worry!
And just think, the new owners might be really brilliant and might actually treat you guys like employee's...
